Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in the index. ISE Ten Index showed an increase of 15.98 points, as the Index moved from 2,349.48 to 2,365.46 points. The overall turnover amounted to 1,065,386 shares, as compared to previous volume of 647,301 shares.

Total 149 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (86) closed in positive territory, 63 closed in negative territory. The turnover of Lotte Pakistan PTA was 421,900 shares. The volume of Bank of Punjab was 99,000 shares. The turnover of PTCL was 72,600 shares. Top gainer was Unilever Pakistan with an increase of Rs 9.84 per share, whereas was a major loser was Pakistan Engineering with a decrease of Rs 4.99 per share.
